CONNECTSHARE CHAPTERS

Joining a ConnectShare Chapter

To become a member of ConnectShare the first step is to find the appropriate chapter to join. There are several options; a local chapter, a county chapter or a statewide chapter. Once the decision has been made, a member will become connected with up to 100 other business leaders in their chapter. Each chapter is made up of 20 groups, known as ConnectTeams. Each month multiple ConnectTeams, each consisting of five business leaders, gather at what is called a ConnectShare Event and share and receive connections from each other.
At each monthly Event, ConnectTeam members come prepared to share five meaningful and specific connections with all team members. They also commit to help all team members find five specific connections they seek—particularly during the month following each Event. The ConnectShare system makes it easy to pass these requested connections back and forth to each other.

Team members are rotated monthly to maximize the number of connections shared. Then the whole ConnectShare process starts over with a brand new ConnectTeam and ConnectShare Event the following month.

Structured to Make it Easy

ConnectShare chapters have been carefully structured. They’re small enough to make it easy for members to get to know each other. At the same time, they’re big enough to ensure that ConnectTeams include primarily fresh new members that have not been with the same team members before. This proven design generates thousands of new shared connections at each Event.

ConnectShare is a business and personal connection sharing organization. To keep things fair and comfortable for all chapter members, ConnectShare membership is limited to one person per business classification or specialty per chapter.

25+ New Connections Every Month

Though it sounds a little crazy, most members will receive 25+ new connections every month! This is accomplished by providing an environment for sharing that is simple and that works. You’ll share just 5 connections and receive over 300+ connections in return from other business leaders every year. By participating in this structured “system” you have the opportunity to substantially increase your business and personal success in a matter of months, not years.

All memberships include one ConnectShare Event per month, access to your personal online connections database, a ConnectShare ‘Organizer Binder’ and the opportunity to become an Event Sponsor.

Set-up includes a personal consultation to help you come up with your best five connections. We’ll also help you define the connections you’re looking for to increase your odds of success. Keep in mind that, with a few adjustments and substitutions, and because we rotate members each month, you can likely use the same five connections for more than a year. You’ll need to update your list of connections you seek as your team satisfies your specific needs each month. The summary of connections you are seeking will need updating as each are fulfilled.
