Refund Policy
ConnectShare clients who cancel their membership by the specified deadline (prior to their first event) are eligible for a full refund of the monthly membership fee; however, the one-time set-up fee is non-refundable if efforts have already been made to prepare you for the event. Clients who cancel their membership anytime during the 12-month contractual period will be responsible for a cancellation fee up to and including the cost of the remaining membership fees.
